Refund policy

The products sold by Winschel Environmental, LLC are built and configured to order. Because these are custom-built products, returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, passed through directly from the manufacturer.

Return eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all components and documentation included. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any return — contact us at mwinschel@winenv.com to request one. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Restocking fee
Authorized returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee for custom-built products. Original and return shipping are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. These are not subject to the restocking fee and will be repaired, replaced, or refunded after inspection. Keep all packaging and document any shipping damage.

Non-returnable items
Special-order or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Refunds
Once received and inspected, an approved refund (less the 35% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping) is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
