Rotary Lobe Pumps
Self-priming, solids-handling positive displacement pumps for sludge, chemicals, and abrasive service in water and wastewater.
What are Rotary Lobe Pumps?
Rotary lobe pumps handle viscous, solids-laden, and abrasive fluids with gentle, low-shear pumping action. They are self-priming, provide consistent flow regardless of pressure changes, can run dry for short periods, and offer front-pull-out rotor access for easy in-place maintenance. These characteristics make them ideal for sludge, biosolids, and chemical service in water and wastewater treatment.

LobePro - 13 Models Across Four Series
ISO 9001:2015 certified. Built in Brunswick, GA with a 2-day wear parts shipping guarantee.
- S-Series — Sludge/Slurry/Abrasive Service: The primary wastewater pump line with hardened steel wear plates and specially treated housings. 8 to 2,500 GPM, up to 150 PSI. S-frame (SS8/SS16), M-frame (M34/M50/M68/M100), and L-frame (L133/L266/L399/L531 with high-pressure "h" variants). Applications: primary, secondary, digested, and waste activated sludge; biosolids; belt press/centrifuge/rotary press feed.
- C-Series — Chemical/Corrosive Service: Stainless steel wear parts, silicon carbide mechanical seals, and FKM (fluoroelastomer) coated lobes for corrosive liquids, chemical effluents, and high-pH process liquors.
- D-Series — Duplex Stainless Steel: Type 2205 duplex stainless steel for chloride, hydroxide, and H2S environments too corrosive for 316 SS. ATEX Zone 2 Category 3 rated.
- API-Series — API 676 Compliant: Duplex stainless steel standard pressure casing. 8 to 2,500 GPM, up to 175 PSI. Patented LARS seal design. Full API testing capability.
All LobePro pumps: self-priming (25 ft suction lift), can run dry, handle entrained air/gases, reversible operation.
