Conveyors - Water Treatment
Custom belt and screw conveying systems for dewatered residuals, lime, powdered activated carbon, and bulk material handling.
What are Water Treatment Conveyors?
Conveying systems transport dewatered residuals, lime, powdered activated carbon, and other bulk materials within water treatment facilities and to disposal or reuse locations. Proper conveyor selection must account for material characteristics — sticky wet residuals, abrasive lime, fine powders with dust explosion potential — as well as site layout, throughput requirements, and maintenance access.
Equipment We Represent
Keystone Conveyor - Custom Conveying Solutions
- Belt conveyors for dewatered residuals and bulk material transfer
- Screw conveyors including shaftless designs for sticky, wet residuals that would clog conventional screw conveyors
- Lime feed and mix systems for softening plant lime handling and slaking operations
- Bag feed systems for dry chemical addition
- Dust collection equipment for powdered activated carbon, lime, and other fine chemical handling
- All systems custom-designed for specific application requirements and site layout
